TiiN is a service oriented organization that is aimed at building and equipping the next generation of Nigerians for a better society. The organization targets the age bracket of young people between the ages of 13-19years old. The intent is to catch them young in their vulnerable stage and mould them to be successful by being self-reliance and self-dependent and to become a formidable individual in all sphere of life.
The organization intends to formulate and implement programs and projects that would instill in these young minds with the capacity to develop themselves towards executing and achieving their dreams.
Our key areas of operation towards attainment of our stated objectives have been simplified by the word GLASS which is an acronym for our areas of focus.

The GLASS is an abbreviation of the 5 (five) key areas of operation of the Teens Impact and Image Network. The focus of this organization is to ensure that the Nigerian Teenagers are prepared and well equipped to face the future ahead of them. This would be achieved through implementation of programs and projects that are capable of instilling into the young minds the ability to develop themselves individually.
The organization through GLASS is aimed at providing opportunities for teenagers in Nigerian society to improve the academic performances and building of future career opportunities as a way of contributing to poverty reduction and increase self-reliance.
The TiiN through GLASS focus on raising young generations of self-confident, self-reliance and formidable individuals who would be bold and courageous to face tomorrow with optimism. TiiNs also intend to assist the young people to acquire Business skills in order to help them to creatively implement their own ideas and establish and run their own business profitably and thus, contribute to a sustainable development of the Nigerian society.
The TiiNs also aims at ensuring that teenagers have good moral values that will add credibility and respect to their personality in the society. We aim at ensuring that teenagers’ are equipped with good moral ethics and etiquettes that are sustained at all times.
