To establish the place of God in the fulfillment of God given visions and to render unique services to the world in the hearts and minds of teenagers.
To impact on the Nigerian teenagers positively and help them to take responsibility for their actions and decisions.
To organize programs and projects aimed at re-orientating and challenging Nigerian youths in solving the hopeless situations of unemployment among graduates in the nation by developing self- sufficiency skills.

To enhance the vision of teens to see the big picture of the future and to influence them positively to achieve their visions.

To preach the message of nationalism through value re-orientation of the teenagers towards the Nigerian dream. Think first as Nigerians- before region or ethnicity, believe in Nigeria and work selflessly for the advancement of Nigeria. To safeguard the labour of our past heroes by building the spirit of nationhood towards the Nigerian dream through their patriotism, honesty and loyalty

To bring about holistic attitudinal change in the society through massive sensitization campaign on the fact that security and nation building are a collective responsibility and not for government alone; call for their significant contribution in governance.

To organize and facilitate projects and activities that would promote self-confidence, critical thinking, creativity and to take responsibility.
To establish a skill acquisition center where teenagers can be equipped and trained in various vocations.
To groom them with leadership and entrepreneurial skills that would aid them in building a sustainable business as an alternative source of income or earning.
To fix the societal problems through a LIVE Television Show branded THE SOCIOLOGIST which would be hosted and presented by teenagers that have undergone the scheme.
To encourage the spirit of savings and investment among teens in order to establish their own business in the long-run and also to source for alternative sources to finance viable and visible business proposals for teenagers.
The acquisition of appropriate skills and the development of mental, physical and social abilities and competencies as equipment for the individual to live in and contribute to the development of Nigeria.
The inculcation of national consciousness and national unity as well as right type of values and attitude for the survival of individuals and the Nigeria Society.
To influence them and train them to become employers of labour and not job seekers.
